Constitucion train station scuffle in Buenos Aires

I am all for fighting against tyranny and oppression, but doesn't violence due to a late train seem excessive? I mean, Mussolini made the trains run on time, but I would still consider his reign much more evil and deserving of full revolution than this by far.
